What to include

To help us respond faster, a few details go a long way:

• Reporting a bug? Tell us which tool or page, what you did, and what happened. If you can, mention your browser.
• Suggesting a tool or feature? Describe what you're trying to do — the problem is often more useful to us than the solution.
• Need a drop or board removed early? Send us the code and we'll delete it manually.
• Reporting abusive content? Include the link or code so we can act quickly.

A quick note

Quably doesn't require an account, so we don't have a way to look up your past drops or boards unless you send us the code. Please include it in your message if your request is about something specific you created.
