By using Quably (quably.in), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Use of the service
Quably provides file sharing, text sharing, and browser-based utility tools ("the Service"). You may use the Service for lawful purposes only.
2. Prohibited content
You may not use Quably Drop to share:
- Content that is illegal under applicable law
- Malware, viruses, or any malicious code
- Content that infringes copyright or intellectual property rights
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — violation results in immediate reporting to authorities
- Personal data of others without their consent
- Content that facilitates fraud, phishing, or identity theft
3. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data retention before expiry, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Do not use Quably Drop as your only backup for important files. Drops are temporary by design.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quably shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
5. Content removal
We reserve the right to remove any drop that violates these terms without notice. To report abusive content, email abuse@quably.in.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
